Thank you doesn’t seem to be quite enough to describe what my family and I want to express.
We are humbled and grateful for the generous outpouring of support that you all have shown to our family. Thank you to our Mighty Lord and Savior for carrying me through the darkest most difficult time of my life.
Thank you, Dr. Tiffany Anthony for your expertise and steady hands.
Thank you to the one that is responsible for telling the Doctor about me. Without you, I’m sure my life would be a different story. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and techs at Medical City Dallas. These people went above and beyond to take great care of me.
Thank you to my donor and her family for this second chance of life, I will make you proud and I will never go a day without praying for you loss and celebrating her with every breath I take.
Thank you to the Tapp Methodist Praise team for your amazing gift of song for our Lord.
Thank you; to our preacher Tim Graham, for your wisdom and the peace you gave me before anyone else besides my family knew what I was facing. You knew the secret I was holding. It was very comforting knowing you would keep my secret too and you gave me words of strength and encouragement . To all the bakers, participants in the silent auction, to my Red Bayou family and to Tapp for making this an unforgettable evening.
Thank you to each and every one of you who generously donated. We are overwhelmed with emotion for the kindness and support you have shown to my family and I. The relief and gratefulness that we have had that a monetary burden was lifted.
Most of all; thank you to Jenna’s Daddy and my husband Casey, for all the encouraging words and levelheadedness through the storm. Thank you our awesome Jack Ethan for being there for Jenna Cate. You have been there for her more than any of us have been.
You have listened, hugged and loved Jenna Cate. We will never forget how you were and are here for our girl.
Most of all, thank you to our Jenna Cate. For those of you that don’t know her, she is an amazing young woman.
I have seen things from her that I never knew existed. Pretty sure she surprised herself with the fieriness and determination she showed during the lowest point in my life. Without my ‘Favorite Thing’, I would not be writing this to you all.
Jenna Cate had me at three different hospitals.
When she saw they weren’t helping me, she made things happen. I will spend the rest of my life trying to show her how much she means to us, to me.
Me? I’m doing just fine.
I’m seeing the world in a whole new light.
Thank you is just not enough, will never be enough.
From the bottom of my heart,
