She was born on June 9, 1938, in Malta, Texas, to Morris Williams and Irene Lawrence Williams.

Neva was a retired warehouse worker for Red River Army Depot. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Plantation Baptist Church.

Neva enjoyed many things throughout her life, including music, reading, horses, flower gardening, and crocheting. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the memories she created with those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Irene Williams; three brothers, Dusty Williams, Donny Williams, and Rudy Williams; and one sister, Barbara Cox.

She is survived by her three daughters, Meri McAlexander; Cindi Sharp and her husband, David; and Carla Espie and her husband, David; two brothers, Richard Williams and Dwight Williams (Elaine) and three sisters, Polly Waller, Helen Buchanan, Kay Shelton (Dan) and Alicea Edwards (Paul); eight grandchildren, Harris Williams (Gena), Abby Fabian (Ro), Matt Wheeler (Laura), Peyton Hyde (Joe), T.J. McAlexander (Missy), Mindi Lemmon (Nathan), David McAlexander (Rose), and Jeremy Espie; and 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
