Sarah was a homemaker and devoted her life to caring for her family. She was of the Christian faith and cherished the time she spent with her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lidge Tidwell Sr.; her parents, Jack Morgan and Lillie Kemp Morgan; Rita Tidwell, Lillie Tidwell Joshlin, Lannie Tidwell, and Larry Tidwell; and her grandson, Andrew Blizzard.

She is survived by her four children, Erbie Tidwell and his wife, Toni, of Annona, Texas; Sarah Jane Tidwell of Annona, Texas; Elizabeth Tidwell of Annona, Texas; and Lidge Tidwell Jr. of Linden, Texas; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Burial arrangements are under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time.
