Elizabeth was a retired material coordinator for Red River Army Depot. She was a member of First Baptist Church in DeKalb, Texas, where her faith was an important part of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Kenneth Woodson and Andrew Vanhoose; and her sons-in-law, Larry Jim Walker and Dewayne Dalby.

Elizabeth is survived by her children, Bonita Walker of DeKalb, Texas; Jerrell and Donna Woodson of Childress, Texas; Robin Dalby of New Boston, Texas; and Shana Woodson and Bart Hamilton of DeKalb, Texas; her grandchildren, Amy Lindsey, Cory Dukes, Justin Woodson, Ryne Sikes, Carley Greer, and Seth McMurray; eight great-grandchildren; along with numerous other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Autumn Winds Assisted Living Facility and Chambers Home Health and Hospice for the compassion, love, and care they provided to Elizabeth and her family.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
