Lisa Ann Neaves Brimer

Lisa Ann Neaves Brimer, age 64 of New Boston, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at her residence.  Ms. Brimer was born July 11, 1961 in Texarkana, Texas to her father William Frank Neaves, Jr and mother Freddie.  She was retired as an Administrative Assistant at Red River Army Depot, member of Rock Creek Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Joel Meadows, Micah Neaves and her father Roy Meadows.

 Lisa  is  survived by her fiancée, Eddie Parsley, daughter Nicole Powell, granddaughter Kaylyn Hall and Daniel, grandson Ethan Powell and Savanah, sisters and brothers in law, Rita and Randall Fellers, Marquita and Robert  Swilley, brother and sister in law, Darby and Pattie Neaves, nephews, Justin Fellers and Eddie, Jacob Fellers and Brea, her beloved cat Cheeto and a number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M, Thursday, July 2, 2026 in the Bates Rolf Chapel, New Boston, Texas.  Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Nash, Texas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston.
